Weekly Plan:
Weekly support gives you the strongest momentum to focus and follow through until you embody all you need to achieve your integrated business objectives.
- One 60-minute Intake session to clarify your business vision, our coaching objectives and target timeframes, your learning style, and all life areas impacting your business goals
- Four 45-minute coaching sessions per month
- Email coaching and feedback available between sessions
- Three-month initial commitment then month-to-month
- One 45-minute Integration session
3:1 Plan:
An alternate coaching format is also available for those who prefer to have one week off every month:
- One 60-minute Intake session
- Three 45-minute coaching sessions per month
- Three-month initial commitment then month-to-month
- One 45-minute Integration session
