Full-Spectrum Leadership Development Coaching

- A detailed assessment of the 3-way alignment between your personal values, the observed organizational values and your desired organizational values
- Optional: detailed 360 leadership assessment of your leadership strengths and values
- A leadership development plan shaped from your personal mission, vision and assessment recommendations
- Personalized training in effective leadership presence and collaboration
- Strategies and systems that will support you in achieving your objectives, including integrated planning, tracking and time management

We offer two standard formats in the Full-Spectrum Leadership Development program.
Weekly Plus Plan:
Weekly support gives you the strongest momentum to stay on target until you embody the result we've designed in your leadership development plan.
- Prework: Intake Questionnaire plus Individual/Organizational Values Assessment
- One two-hour Intake and Assessment session to review your values assessment and set your leadership development objectives with target timeframes
- Optional: 360 Leadership Development Assessment for additional fee
- Four 45-minute coaching sessions per month
- Email and phone access between sessions
- Three-month initial program then month-to-month, depending on the scope of your objectives
- One 45-minute Integration session
3:1 Plan:
An alternate coaching format is also available for those who prefer to have one week off every month:
